Chocolate cake in 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 3 tbsp milk liquid
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Using a ramekin or a mug, place all the dry ingredients then mix well to combine
- Add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla essence then stir well until the mixture is smooth with no lump
- Finally, cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Then add your favourite toppings and enjoy
